How to complete the pack
- List every relevant self-custody wallet and exchange account. Never include private keys or seed phrases.
- Explain how the assets were acquired and identify the records supporting each statement.
- Match evidence files to the numbered index and retain originals from exchanges, banks, contracts, invoices, or tax records.
- Generate a public-chain wallet activity report where it helps a reviewer reproduce the transaction trail.
- Ask the receiving professional which dates, assets, currencies, and verification methods they require.
What a wallet statement can and cannot show
CryptoBankStatement can organise supported BTC, ETH, USDC, and USDT public-chain activity into a PDF with explorer references and calculation methodology. An optional wallet signature can demonstrate control of an address at signing time.
It cannot identify the legal owner of an address by itself, cover unsupported chains or exchange-internal activity, prove the lawful origin of funds, provide legal or tax advice, or guarantee acceptance.
